David held a conference for the leaders of Banteay Meancheay in Sisophon, the capital of Banteay Meancheay, Cambodia.  This was David’s initial outreach to this Banteay Meancheay in an effort to hold a gospel festival in this region.  All leaders enthusiastically agree to hold a gospel festival with DCMi.  David will return to this region in November for a follow up meeting with all the pastors of Banteay Meancheay.
