In July 2003 the Moscow Military Chaplain Academy invited David for a two-week outreach to Moscow.  A scheduling conflict prevented David from teaching classes for the Russian military chaplains at the Academy.  The Lord opened other doors for David to speak at a few Russian churches and to lead a Bible study seminar for adults.  In addition, David built meaningful relationships with Christian leaders of Russia, including military chaplains.
