An important part of DCMI’s ministry is developing leaders on the mission fields. In order to carry out this mission better, David enrolled in John Maxwell’s leadership training program last winter and learned leadership from John Maxwell and his faculty on line. In August, David attended International Maxwell Certification Conference and was certified as a John Maxwell Team coach, mentor and speaker.
